Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to 2,00 Euro per person/per night (for all persons aged 14 and over).

Check-in & Check-out
Apartments
Check-in is from 16.00 to 19.00. Should you wish to arrive after 19.00 we ask you to notify us by telephone in advance.
Check-out by 10.00.

Rooms B&B
Check-in is from 14.00 to 19.00. Should you wish to arrive after 19.00 we ask you to notify us by telephone in advance.
Check-out by 10.00.

Services included

Bedding, kitchen and bath linen, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning
Availability of bicycles, on request
Weekly cleaning and new bedding (sheets etc.) do not incur additional fees

Reservations & Cancellation Policy
An apartment or room is considered confirmed on receipt of the required deposit (approx. 30% of the price of the total stay). In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of an arrival date being postponed or a departure date brought forward, guests are under obligation to pay the full fee for the entire duration of the stay for which they have booked.

Animals
We regret to inform you that domestic animals cannot be accommodated.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the villa.
